While he technically is identified as a great twelve descendant by the schlo public, he had at one point also been identified as the Prophet, which could technically group him in as a WaSchlo. Fate is presumably a human. In Schlo: Final Stand, Fate is announced to be the Prophet, technically making him a WaSchlo. Being slated to marry the next Leader of the Organization, he isn't going to be considered a very important figure in the Organization in the near future. It feels wrong to group him in with the rest of the Wa family, but he isn't exactly just a human either.
